1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about MineWebs and contact us for legitimate business enquiries. Do not use it to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, or send unlawful, misleading or abusive material.
Website copy and examples are general information. They are not a project quote, technical audit or promise of a particular result.
2. Service proposals and project scope
MineWebs provides digital consulting and services that may include strategy, website design and development, custom software, web and mobile apps, SEO and digital marketing. The exact work, deliverables, fees, milestones and schedule are set out in a written proposal, quotation, invoice or statement of work agreed for your project.
A project begins when both sides confirm the scope and the agreed initial payment or other start condition. If these general terms differ from a signed or written project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project, subject to applicable law.
3. Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate project information, timely feedback, approvals and access reasonably needed for the work. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide—such as text, images, trademarks, customer data and product claims—may lawfully be used for your project.
Keep your account credentials secure. Share access through an agreed secure method and remove MineWebs access when it is no longer needed. You remain responsible for decisions about your business, customers and legal compliance.
4. Fees, payments and scope changes
Fees, taxes, payment dates and milestones are stated in the project quotation or invoice. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licences, advertising spend and app-store charges are separate unless the written scope says otherwise.
Work outside the agreed scope may affect fees and delivery dates. We will explain the change and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work. For cancellation and refund requests, see our Refund Policy.
5. Content, deliverables and ownership
You retain rights to materials you supplied. Ownership or usage rights for project-specific deliverables are set out in your written project agreement and generally transfer after the agreed fees are paid in full.
Third-party software, open-source components, fonts, stock assets and platform tools remain subject to their own licences and terms. MineWebs may use general skills, know-how and reusable tools developed independently of your confidential materials.
6. Third-party services
Projects may rely on providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, payment gateways, Google, Meta, app stores or other software platforms. Those services have their own terms, fees, availability and policies. MineWebs does not control their decisions, outages, account reviews or future changes.
7. Timelines, search and marketing results
Project dates depend on the agreed scope, feedback, access and third-party providers. We will communicate material delays and discuss next steps.
Search rankings, website traffic, enquiries, sales, advertising performance, security outcomes and recovery from an incident depend on factors outside our control. We will explain the planned work, but do not promise a specific ranking, revenue, lead volume or recovery result unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
8. Confidentiality, law and contact
Each side should take reasonable care of confidential information shared for a project and use it only for that work, subject to legal requirements and the project agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
