1. What this policy covers
MineWebs provides consulting and digital services, including website design and development, software, apps, SEO and marketing. The website does not sell physical goods. The scope, price, payment schedule and any project-specific cancellation terms are shown in your written quotation, invoice or project agreement.
If your project agreement contains a specific refund or cancellation term, that term applies to the project where lawful. This policy does not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Cancelling a project
You may ask to cancel a project by writing to us. We will confirm the work completed up to the cancellation date and any third-party costs that were approved or cannot reasonably be cancelled.
Any advance payment will be reconciled against completed work and those applicable costs. If the amount paid is greater than the amount properly due, we will refund the balance. If work or costs exceed payments already received, the remaining amount will be handled under the project agreement and applicable law.
3. How refund requests are reviewed
Refunds are not automatic based only on a change of mind after work has started. We review each request against the agreed scope, milestones, work delivered, project communications and any applicable consumer rights.
Completed work that has been delivered or approved is generally not refundable, except where the project agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. If a deliverable has an issue within the agreed scope, contact us so we can review it and discuss a reasonable correction or other remedy.
4. Third-party charges and advertising spend
Domain registrations, hosting, paid software, stock assets, payment-provider fees, app-store charges and advertising spend may be charged by independent providers. Once ordered or spent, these amounts may not be refundable by MineWebs; the provider’s own terms apply. We will identify known third-party costs in the proposal or invoice where practical.
5. If MineWebs cannot deliver agreed work
If we are unable to complete a material part of the agreed scope, we will contact you to discuss a practical remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include completing the remaining work, agreeing a revised scope, or refunding the amount paid for work that will not be delivered, subject to the project agreement and applicable law.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@minewebs.com with your name, project or invoice reference, payment details and the reason for the request. We will review the project records and reply. If a refund is approved, we will use the original payment method where possible; bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
